Diversations Coaching

Learning and education are critical elements of successful organizations. Parris Academy offers ready-made workshops and courses that can be adapted to your organization needs, or we can build a custom workshop to fit your organization’s needs.

Parris Consulting Learning & Development Process

Step 1 - Needs Assessment & Requirements Solicitation

We work closely with the organization’s stakeholders to gain understanding of the organization’s unique requirements.

Step 2 - Content Design & Development

We ensure the design and development of effective content that has all required pieces to be successful. We take care in planning the correct mode of delivery, ensuring all training is interactive and practical, and assessments are implemented throughout the training process to ensure participants are learning effectively.

Optional Step – Content Piloting

The pilot stage, although optional, allows for the content piloting within a controlled group of delegates, where feedback and refinement can be undertaken prior to the broader rollout.

Step 3 – Solution Execution

We have qualified training facilitators with experience across a broad range of industries and subject areas to help with the training.

Step 4 – Evaluation

This step of the process aims to achieve the following outcomes:

  • Evaluate the outcomes of training against the pre-defined success matrix
  • Overall reporting on the training intervention to ensure the scope of work has been achieved
  • To develop a continuity framework, which will allow the beneficiaries to adopt the learnings and apply them practically beyond the training intervention

Work Experience Programs

We’ve observed a gap between academic learning and workplace preparedness. We believe in helping people learn work readiness skills that will enhance their employability and increase job satisfaction amongst employers.

The gap between unemployability and work success lies in the integration of psychological, mental, and technical capabilities that are pivotal to a successful work readiness and success. The readiness program is purposed to prepare individuals with different needs, this also includes people with neurodiverse conditions, where our approach has a 3-tier approach:

Psychological Readiness

Starting a new job can be daunting and often debilitating if an individual is not psychologically ready. It is for this reason that we have established partnerships with health professionals, who bring wealth of experience in the application of proven methodologies towards getting individuals job ready.  

Interpersonal Readiness

We all come from different cultural and social backgrounds – these backgrounds hugely contribute to our interpersonal skills. in the workplace, where these dynamic backgrounds congregate, it can often result in conflict, lack of camaraderie among team, which could impact on productivity. Our readiness program is aimed at empowering individuals to gain the most important interpersonal skills necessary in the workplace. The following forms part of the readiness program:
